Department Overview :

Knowledge Services brings a Team Member-based approach to the international talent pool focusing on analytical requirements.

Knowledge Services (KS), encompasses roles that deliver insights and analysis based on skills, experience and judgment. Team Members exercise this judgment under general direction versus rule-

driven processing. Processes and services performed in this area tend to be based on skills, domain knowledge and intellectual capability.

The Qualitative Model Validation group is responsible for validating and approving all qualitative models used across Wells Fargo.

The team's responsibilities include performing model validations includes annual reviews, performance monitoring, and issue management.

About the Role :

You will work as a individual contributors and responsible for weekly / monthly data mart refreshes and monthly performance reports to stakeholders.

In your role, you will be mainly responsible connecting with stakeholders to gather requirements, convert the requirements in viable business solution by means of developing and automating data management process, carrying out analysis and present the same to larger forum.

You would be expected to implement best data management practices to all the projects assigned to you.

Responsibilities

  • Work as Individual contributors to support Data management and data analysis activities for financial analytics project.
  • Work with senior consultants or directly with partners, responsible for identifying and defining business requirements and translating business needs into moderately complex analyses and solutions.
  • Works with users to define business requirements and analytical needs; identifies and recommends potential data sources;
  • compiles and mines data from multiple, cross business sources

  • Collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful Datamart development and migration.
  • Manage a partner relationships, proactively identify and provide world class service, and accommodate dynamic requirements partners.
  • Develop new reports or enhance existing reports by closely working with stakeholders
  • Drive customer satisfaction by cultivating awareness of each partner's need, offerings, and products to suit their goals.
