Build, develop and manage group insurance business via the Broking Channel Manage retention of existing group insurance clients Identify, nurture and expand Broker Relationships Handle / resolve queries efficiently on regular basis of clients and brokers Nurture existing & new relationships Meet decision makers (CFOs / COOs / CEOs / HR Heads) to explain and position our products Drive various cross sell and worksite initiatives across existing clients Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed Sales Targets Closely liaise with HO functions like actuaries, claims, operations, underwriting for seamless client servicing Working on projects related to retention strategy, operational efficiency improvement and process improvement Provide feedback on industry trends and business practices Accurate and updated data management and MIS Compliance with all statutory and regulatory norms-

Experience in corporate sales / new business development / client acquisitionUnderstanding of commercial and financial principlesExcellent presentation and relationship building skillsGood knowledge of Excel, PowerPointExcellent networking skills
