Deep hands on on ServiceNow development with good knowledge on all ITSM modules of ServiceNow
Good knowledge on ITSM modules of any other ITSM tools .
Should act as a module lead for any of the ITSM module and handle customer and stakeholder independently Should act as a consultant to customer on a need basis on ServiceNow
Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable to manage a team as and when required.
