Profile : Experience as Technical Support Engineer or Executive at International Voice- based Call Center or BPO operations.
Excellent verbal, written and listening communications skills are required for interaction with overseas clients. Technical Knowledge Requirements : Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems (MCSE / MCITP will be plus) , Networking (CCNA will be plus) , SQL Server, and Knowledge of Hardware and Software troubleshooting.
Other relevant exposure will be an added advantage. Experience : 1- 5 years.
