  • Own the vision & roadmap of Human Capital Management (HCM) services for employees. Analyse feedback, telemetry, industry solutions to determine the right features to maximize productivity &
  • effectiveness for Human Resource (HR) team.

  • Understanding our employees and their latent needs via qualitative and quantitative analysis of telemetry data and employee feedback.
  • Understand the vision and promises from leadership team to employees and align service vision accordingly.
  • Using design thinking, usability studies, prototypes to define future state of experience.
  • Partner with the business team to deliver on business outcomes. Partner with Software Engineering organization to maximize value of service, enhance service technical capabilities and quality.
  • Influence Microsoft product teams to bring appropriate changes in Microsoft products based on learnings in HCM services space.
  • Provide updates on milestones and business events to stakeholders. Ensure clean, prioritized and maintained product backlog for agile engineering team.
  • The individual should have a proven track record in technical problem solving, engineering excellence, project management, data driven decision making, user experience design, developing product vision and strategy and an ability to drive results through influence.
  • Required management competences including analytical problem solving, customer focused innovation, passion for quality, project management, strategic insight and technical excellence.
  • Required leadership qualities include excellent communication skills and strong cross-group collaboration and experience with global teams.
  • Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships;
  • creates processes with customer viewpoint; partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives. Provides strong leadership across disciplines and organizational boundaries and proven influencing skills with and without, direct line of authority.

  • Ability to set and drive strategy in a complex business environment where technical requirements are continuously evolving and where technical and business solutions are undefined.
  • Experience in product management functions in a Fortune 500 environment.
  • Advanced Degree's in Computer Science or MBA preferred.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft web stack and Azure technologies, is a plus.
