Lead Talent Branding Partner
Role Summary :
The Talent Branding team at Flipkart is a core function within the HR Center of Excellence division focused on positioning Flipkart as an Employer of choice for current & potential talent by driving the Employee Value Proposition of the Flipkart brand among external and internal forums.
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven individual to join our team and help evolve Flipkart’s Employer Brand. You should have a sharp eye, innovative mindset & proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with influence and develop scalable solutions and a steady commitment to help the right talent find success in our company.
This includes evangelizing our employee value proposition, bringing our brand to life in candidate experience journeys and creating employee brand ambassadors through storytelling.
Key Responsibilities :
As a Talent Branding partner, your core responsibility is to establish Flipkart as an employer of choice for potential candidates, as-well-as position e-commerce as a top-of-mind industry for career progression.
Development and ongoing management of talent branding programs & campaigns that drive results to solve specific business challenges.
Advise on the effective channel strategy, digital tactics, and a mix of content formats for talent branding activities and campaigns, based on objectives and target audience.
Manage social media channels including key metrics & channel utilisation.
Strategize and drive end-to-end TA branding events Internal & external
Position employee referral programs to foster referrals as a top source of hires.
Collaborate with Business, Marketing, Corporate communication & Talent Acquisition leaders on talent branding campaigns, programs and events.
Plan, lead and execute the projects required to boost our brand presence.
Identify vendors and partners for talent brand activation and amplification.
Stay abreast of best practices in employer branding and communications.
What capabilities are we looking for?
A strong understanding of employer branding, experience in multifaceted brand development and brand management.
Articulate, persuasive communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and persuasion skills
Hands-on experience in handling social and digital media content and campaigns along with channel management & analytics.
An aptitude for analyzing data, deriving insights and implementing them within programs
Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders - track record of success working collaboratively on a team to drive project completion.
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly evaluate and onboard vendors and partners to drive the objectives of the Talent Branding team.
5+ years in employer branding, digital marketing, or related functions.
MBA with specialization in Marketing or HR would be a plus.
