Urgent opening for Service Line Manager in Fortis Hospital Mulund
Job Duties :
Counselling patients on services available,
Counselling patients on estimation of a procedure and planning for hospital stay
Follow up and convert existing & new inquiries by proactively calling and answering to patient queries.
Advises present or prospective customers
Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant speciality information.
Documents transactions and submit reports on weekly and monthly basis
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Coordinate with doctors during their OPDs and ensure seamless flow of OPD services
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and individual learning from clinical team
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications :
Graduation ( Basic Qualification ) . Any Masters degree would give more weightage
Soft Skills include Good Orator or language competencies, Persuasion, Telephone Sales, Customer Focus, Data Entry Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Energy Level, Persistence, Product Knowledge
Graduation is must
