We’re looking for Staff and Senior with a strong track record in Infor suite implementations and support and excited to usher in a new era of digital finance.
A problem-solver with keen ability to diagnose a client’s unique needs, should be able to see the gap between where they are and where they need to be, and love creating a blueprint to get them there.
This role will be expected to serve as the business process expert and leader in supporting all aspects of the Infor suite process definition and deployment.
Your key responsibilities
Attract new business by participating in proposals and building strong client relationships
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibilities
Interacts with senior management levels at a client and / or within EY
Has attitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility
Manages large teams and / or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within EY
Help clients modernize their processes by consulting with internal and external teams to understand strategy and goals, then managing your teams’ workflows
Manage and lead cross-functional teams in the identification of business requirements workshops, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises, they are required.
Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism.

Lead projects and be the liaison with process owners to manage system capabilities and enhancements.
Solution design and execution of a long-term systems solution for Infor CloudSuite covering modelling, planning and reporting needs.
Responsible for diagnoses and resolving application issues as part of the ongoing support and maintenance of Infor suite of applications.
Assess potential new systems and technical tools options for the business, providing guidance on the most relevant solution for each business scenario.
Continuously improve data quality and integrity within systems and links with other internal systems.
Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client and EY expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, leading and motivating project teams, monitoring and managing project risks, managing client and EY key stakeholders, and successfully delivering client solutions.
Skills and attributes for success
Comprehensive experience with at least one Lawson / Infor Multi-Tenant Cloud Version 11 Edition ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, GHR, S3, M3, LN)
Technical expertise on ION Desk, InforOS, preference given to knowledge of OneView; Data Catalog, Infor REST API, Replication Sets, Infor Spreadsheet Designer (ISD)
Ability to use the Infor support system Extreme, Self Service Portal, RequestX.
Development expertise in Mingle, GFC, Clinical Bridge
Infor Analytics Birst (Data Lake), BI, and healthcare analytics
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including emerging technologies and new technologies
Identification of key business drivers that impact financials
Design and rationalization of management reporting and key KPIs / Metrics
Demonstrates proven considerable knowledge and understanding around organizational design and operational metrics.
Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge of business intelligence tools to support the reporting and monitoring of performance metrics.
Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and exposure of the common issues facing clients in their industry.
Demonstrates ability to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients.
Demonstrates experience identifying and addressing client needs : actively participating in client discussions and meetings;

To qualify for the role, you must have
2- 10 years of consulting experience in Infor / Lawson including full suite implementations and / or major upgrades of Financials, Supply Chain and GHR applications
Current knowledge of the Infor CloudSuite (FSM / GHR) v11 preferred
Understanding of Infor CloudSuite standard reports
Experience supporting healthcare related clients / industry is preferred
