Job Description 4 to 6 years of experience in Network Administration.
Support & Upgrade :
Support of network environments (including; VPN; switches; routers; IPAM; LAN and WAN).
Exposure of working on multiple devices such as routers / switches (Preferably Cisco Nexus) / Firewalls (Cisco ASA; Checkpoint) / LoadBalancers (Preferably Brocade / other vendor would be an added advantage); Cisco ISE & Cisco ACS.
Understanding of vulnerability analysis; Leaf-Spine architecture (Catalyst); 2 or 3 tier network designs (Nexus)
Plan and support required IOS (Cisco) patching; Firmware upgrade (Checkpoint & Sonicwall).
Support includes System outages and incident response.
Manage incident response and resolution; Change Requests and Service Requests.
Off Business Support
Provide after hours; on-call and escalation support for networking environment
Develop technical documentation for all new network services.
Support network project tasks / activities to limited man hours of effort
