Sales enablement is the process of providing the sales organization with the information, content, and tools that help DOS / SM sell more effectively.
The foundation is to provide field sales with what they need to successfully engage with prospects throughout the buying process.
Assist with execution / preparation of sales decks and assessments.
Competitor Research and Analysis Materials.
Communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to find Case Studies, Whitepapers and Other Customer-Centric Content.
Own the production of sales assets and materials to facilitate the sales process
Assess and implement sales tools to facilitate the sales process
Perform analysis of marketing and sales data, collect quantitative and qualitative data.
Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials - both on and offline
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest ensuring optimal coverage of all territories at all times.
Perform market analysis and research on prospecting new clients.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge in both sales and marketing as well as at least some understanding of social media and hospitality
Understand the pain points experienced by salespeople
Content creation experience building assets and materials that are externally facing and can be used by the sales team to facilitate their sales cycle
Excellent written communication skills in English.
PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience required.
Ability to analyze data to improve sales effectiveness.

A passion for the profession of sales.
2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
