The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for securing appropriate candidates for open contractual and full time positions in Parexel .
He / she will work out of our Hyderabad Offices .
Desired Skills & Experience Been around : Must have worked in similar position for a minimum of five years . Information Technology Focus : Must have worked extensively on Clinical Research recruitment in the India.
Networked : Should be adept at developing reliable sources for resumes by building trusted relationships with vendors and candidates.
NetSavvy : Should be an expert at using internet (Job Portals, Search Engines and Social Networking) to search and source profiles in quick time.
Negotiation Skills : Should be knowledgeable of prevalent rates for candidates based on their skills and experience. Quality Conscious : Should constantly strive to improve resume quality by improving the understanding of the technicalities of the role.
Should develop and demonstrate the ability to understand exactly what the customer is looking for and meet the same. Organized : Constantly strive to add to the company’s consultant database.
Responsibilities Manage full cycle recruiting process (from sourcing to on-boarding) for multiple business groups ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience Work with recruiting team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers Maintain data and performance metrics on a regular basis Should have worked on clinical trials technology hiring Should have done hiring on clinical trial products like Metidata, Rave , perceptive , oracle e clinical
Requirements 5-10 years recruiting / management experience from a search firm or in-house recruiting team Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process Ability to build a sourcing and recruiting strategy for a range of roles, levels, and functions Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Willingness to lead, mentor, and support a recruitment team
