VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Supervisor for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions :

Experience required :

Upgrade and install Microsoft and other business software and troubleshoot issues

Create & manage IT resources on AWS environment (compute, storage, & security).

Manage & administer Office 365 and Azure environment

Manage Hybrid Exchange environment.

Configure, Manage & Administer Microsoft Intune, One Drive

Perform applications & operating system deployment tasks using SCCM

Configure, manage and administer SCCM environment

Perform SCCM Client Health Check, Troubleshooting & reporting

Work Hands-on with network switching and Routing

Manage and administer network switching and routing

Manage and administer Next Generation Firewall (NGFW)

Manage & administer AWS network components

Possess solid knowledge of Microsoft Office & Office 365, Windows 10 & of common IT issues.

Resolve complicated incidents.

Basic troubleshooting of operating system

Basic knowledge of IT security setup and tools

Assist with preparing, reviewing and maintaining IT policies , procedures & related documentation

Collect, compile & report on IT KPIs , prepare management reports

Assist with ITD contracts renewal tasks including writing business cases

Communicate and Coordinate with users and vendors.

Proficient in Written and Spoken English language (Spoken Arabic will be an added advantage)

Assign and Coordinate IT tasks with technical team and End user.

Understand the issues and communicate appropriately to technical team and assign the job.

Coordinate with external vendors for their support if required.

Develop and maintain installation, operations, and configuration procedures.

Maintain accurate inventory, asset information and various other asset records in accordance with department policy and procedures.

Asset management, to include the entering, removal, updating, reporting, and managing the IT Assets within the organization

Follow ITIL best practices.

Consistently provide excellent end user support.

Manage thoroughly documented incident descriptions, activities, and resolutions. Effectively prioritize and manage multiple incidents and requests, as assigned

Joining time frame : 15days (maximum 4 weeks)
