Managed Service is part of the Nokia’s Cloud & Network Services (CNS) business unit. The role is part of Managed Services pre-sales team in Global Sales & Support (GSS).
Solution creation in terms of delivery organization competencies, processes, tools, dimensioning, costing, etc.
Maintain & update market benchmarks for costs, delivery mechanisms, documentations, KPIs, etc.
Detailed working knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends in the new portfolio segments covering 5G, Security Operations, Network Performance Service, Cloud Operations, IoT Operations and Digital Services
Working with other Business Group Solutions for offering E2E MS Solutions i.e. Working knowledge of Fixed Wireline, IP / Transport, Wireless (4G / 5G) and Cloud.
To own full individual accountability from solutioning perspective i.e. Solutioning, CBL, Risk, Bid Defense, Solution Optimizations for MS opportunities.
Sign-off and alignment with Internal Stakeholders on the designed solution to ensure that solution is designed as per the standard guidelines, sign-off with delivery organization.
Working with respective product groups for the BoQ, Network Architecture, Project Timelines for the MS Solutioning
Your skills and experience
5-10 years of experience with Bachelor of Engineering / Technology / Master’s Degree or Equivalent
Strong pre-sales and business development experience in Managed Services domain including Operations, Performance, Security, Cloud, IoT and Digital Services
Strong experience of working in conceptualizing, developing or leading large part of New Generations Operations
Strong experience and knowledge of Managed Services business and deep understanding of Telco Infrastructure Operations for both Telecom and Non-Telecom Customers.
Experience in preparing solutions along with good knowledge of Telecom products and technologies & domains.
Working Level Experience of various Network, Cloud, Security Operations will be preferred.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills, should be able to articulate the value of product offering.
AWS / MS Azure Certifications, ITIL / eTOM Certifications
