Job Descriptions :
Responsible for effectively handling customer objections / queries, and meeting conversion.
Understanding the customer's requirements and assist them Managing the call through, creating empathy with the customer and building the customer's confidence
Process emails / chats / cases & work on ad-hoc projects as instructed by Team Leaders
Competency Requirements :
Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Basic knowledge of computers, internet & banking process
Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment
Working days : 6 days a week or 6 days a week depends on process - Weekly off : (Rotational)
Work Experience : Fresher / Experienced
Job Qualification : Graduate / Undergraduate
Compensation Package : 16.5K to 23kCTC (Depends on experience, industry, last drawn salary & process) + Incentives + Night Shift Allowance + Employee Benefits
