Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience, or combination.
Minimum 10 years of experience working as a Technical Architect preferably in BFSI domain.
Good understanding of the Banking and Financial industry trends to provide the guidance in identifying and automating the Business processes.
Sound knowledge in BPM implementation approach, architecture, SOA and process design
Experience in understanding the BPM requirements and prepare Process Design Framework
6 to 8 years of experience in designing the end to end architecture for a Business Process preferable using IBM BPM 7.x and 8.x
Ability to perform technical analysis and identify impacts (functional / technical)
Hands-on experience with modeling tools MS Visio, Enterprise Architect(EA) & Altova MapForce
Experience in determining performance, usability, scalability, reliability and security needs of the proposed architecture to ensure that long-
term objectives and impacts are factored into the design process.
Experience in work flows, BO maps, XSLT transformations, XPATH and BPM technologies.
Experience in creating service interfaces and schemas (WSDLs & XSDs).
Experience in WebServices testing, SoapUI.
Understanding on (IBM Business Monitor) BAM and ODM is desirable.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, makes data driven decisions.
Provide technical leadership to project team(s) to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.
A desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
Prior experience in offshore-onshore development / maintenance projects
Ability to engage with stakeholders spanning from business, IT & Operations
Ability to play the role of a subject matter expert(SME) for all projects under the program and should be responsible for resolving issues that require architectural / design changes.
Willingness to travel for events and client meetings that provide value to the client and translates into an IT project / program
