1.Serve as a single point of contact for a worldwide Informatica Data Director user community for the project 2.Develop training materials (PPTs) on various Data Governance Modules built using Informatica IDQ.
3.Lead / arrange training sessions via LiveMeeting for the onboarding of new SAP users in data director. 4.Follow up with SPOCs on data director data quality issues.
5.Analyze data to identify trends or potential data quality issues in data director. 6.Identify and analyze potential special cases from data director and translate user requirements and communicate to the ETL development team 7.
Perform PQ in data director for new enhancements done by the ETL development team. 8.Working with SAP BW open hub to extract relevant product attributes from different SAP clients 9.
Create or update reference files used for the monthly rerun activity. 10.Publish the reports on a monthly basis built in Oracle 11g 11.
Gather the requirements for the new or existing reports. 12.Create / modify new or existing reports as per different user requirements.
13.Provide data expertise support across data maintenance community. 14.Develop and approve data definitions ensuring user community understand data design and its value.
15.Set standards for and measure data quality using it as a continuous improvement tool. 16.Implement global governance of master data within Novartis.
17.Monitor Master Data including local data management to ensure data consistency along supply chain proactively and identify, address Data Quality Issues.
18.Drives continuous improvement regarding Global Master Data Management Processes, Tools and Rules by aligning processes and business requirements.
19.Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility, tight interaction with QA.
20.Acts as MDM business expert in related system or data / process change project triggered by IT-Business analysts or system user.
21.GMP compliant storage of archival documents within Data Management.
B.E. (IT), B. Tech (IT) or equivalent degree from a reputed university / college English
