Role responsibilities :
Support marketing teams across the globe with :
Manage and maintain projects and workflows, allocation of requests and queue management.
Govern adherence to the lead management process :
Collating, cleaning, enhancing, queueing, and qualifying leads.
Monitor appropriate usage of SFDC lead and contact status, ensuring Lead Process procedures are followed.
Govern adherence to SFDC Campaigns, ensuring proper campaign naming convention and completion of detail fields.
Ensure completeness of marketing data to avoid duplicate opportunities
Building targeted invite lists for marketing tactics combining SFDC and available 3rd party intelligence.
Leverage systems such as Power BI and Sales Force to report on marketing / sales activity & results (by owner, geo, program, tactic, etc.)
Other adhoc requests as determined by broader marketing, field and corporate needs
Requirements and qualifications :
Excellent reporting and analytical skills
Detail oriented and well organized
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM software (SFDC); SQL; Power BI a plus
