The Consumer Insights and Lifecycle marketing team furthers every customer's online shopping journey by defining shopper lifecycle states, developing paths through these states, and builds experiences that enable customers to migrate to higher states of engagement.
Our lifecycle state and migration path framework evaluates customer actions on and off Amazon to better understand how customers engage, and which experiences we should expose them to, at a given point in time.
We are looking to add to our multi-functional team of product, marketing, and insights team, an experienced Product Leader (tech or non-tech), who brings
1. Passion for understanding customer behavior through data and customer anecdotes
2. Ability to think across product and business initiatives to develop an end-to-end customer experience plan for retention and re-engagement
3. Ability to work with technical teams to develop experiences that would further customers' familiarity with Amazon and make Amazon part of their consideration set for all shopping needs

Key Responsibilities include -
Develop a working backwards plan to define experiences that deepen customer engagement and facilitate migration through life cycle states
Develop and run a roadmap of experiments to test experiences across shopping experience, games, payments and content consumption that lead to re-engagement and customer retention
Work closely with Amazon IN shopping experience, delivery experience, and category teams, to build, test and scale successful initiatives that lead to customer retention and growth
Develop and execute marketing plans to drive engagement, retention, cross-sell, win-back, and saves through documenting shopper lifecycle, defining customer segments, and building / testing a campaign roadmap to deliver results across these phases.
define performance metrics, consistently measure program performance and report results to Amazon IN exec. leadership

Bachelor s degree in Science, Technology, Math or Engineering
7+ years of product leadership experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
5+ years of marketing strategy, including go-to-market launch management, acquisition, engagement, product marketing, or partner marketing
3+ years of tech / analytics experience, including software product development, ML modeling, and data science
Excellent communications skills (written and oral) to drive recommendations, articulate trade-offs, and communicate plans to senior executives
Knowledge of SQL
Ability to juggle a range of projects across Amazon teams, balancing quality and speed
Ability to work across channels to set up and report on KPIs MBA / advanced degree
Experience in consumer and online commerce industries
Consumer Lifecycle Marketing experience (preferred)
