Job Description :
Work on end to end recruitment process.
Work on induction and onboarding.
Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants.
Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
Handling background verification process.
Work on employee engagement & Maintain good employee relation.
Assisting in the planning of Company Events.
Assisting in Stationary Management, Housekeeping, etc.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, Employee benefits, and other HR related matters.
Required skills :

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar field
Must be available for full time (in-office) internship
Must be available for duration of 6 months
Must have relevant skills and interests
Fresher looking for jobs may also apply, however HR and recruitment experience in IT Industry or Ad agency industry will be added advantage
Should be quick learner and highly motivated.
Female Candidates are preferred
Job Location Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India
Job Hours 8.30 AM to 1.30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Stipend INR 5000 per Month
Internship Duration : 6 Months
