The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sales recruiting expert to join our India recruiting organization supporting Amazon Internet Services Pvt Limited.
This role will be responsible for working closely with various business stakeholders to define the sourcing strategy, generate high caliber talents and close top candidates;
all within a fast-moving and super dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business;
and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.
Engineering Grad or MBA(HR) or Post Graduate
12+ years of Tech recruiting experience, working in a medium to high volume, high hiring-bar environment (mixed experience in both agency and corporate is preferred).
Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment.
Diplomatic and a proven ability in building up effective relationships.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to liaise with senior management both within the business and HR groups.
Knowledge of other fields of HR or business is a plus.
Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
CTS / ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidate.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
Possession of strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Experience recruiting in a highly competitive environment.
A background in technical recruiting is a plus.
