Role Responsibilities & Competencies required
This role involves facilitation, content development, technology roadmap design and implementation (in the context of Learning & Development) & tech labs design
Working knowledge in IT systems, specifically in areas like implementation, migration, upgrade, administration, monitoring, design. Etc
Communicate effectively (both verbal and written) when preparing documents that accurately describe applications, hardware and system configuration interfaces, training manuals & user guides
Exercise appropriate judgment in answering questions and releasing information, analyse and project consequences of decisions and / or recommendations and prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Design and implement monthly / quarterly / annual training calendar
Review the existing content at defined intervals and come up with proposed changes
Proven ability to build learning programs / solutions designed to on-board new services / customers and drive adoption / usage
Monitor learning implementations, desired levels of change
Monitor performance of various operational groups and evaluate outcome against desired levels of learning
Build new age learning modules with available internal content
Demonstrated ability to create and implement training through multiple delivery mediums (eLearning and instructor-led training)
Use learning analytics & provide consulting solutions for critical business decision making & budget planning
Should be Proficient in Technologies listed below and manage associated training portfolio end to end
Strong content development, Lab design & upgrades, adherence to process guidelines
Ability to evaluate & empanel - external vendors / partners, external trainers, contents, lab modules
Hands-on experience with learning platforms / systems like LMS, content development tools, video learning platforms. Etc
Prior working experience (not just limited as a trainer) in the following Technologies :
Windows Administration Managing Windows 2008 and 2012 servers and Domain controllers. Active Directory users and groups management (Domain ID Creation, Deletion control management, Delegation) Basics of FSMO roles.
Group Policy Management Patch management. Configuring and managing the corporate Antivirus DHCP and DNS Management Assist in Preparing RCA for Problem tickets / Major Incidents Raising change requests & its implementation Basic Knowledge on PowerShell
VMware : Installation of ESX Servers, vSphere Client and VCenter Server Managing and working knowledge in VMware View desktop virtualization infrastructure (VDI- Horizon 6).
Experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting VMware View Composer and View Connection Manager to make Virtual Desktop Infrastructure efficient and to simplify desktop administrative management tasks
Active Directory Services Design, Implement and Configure the AD-DS Structure (Logical and Physical). Implementing and Managing Group Policy, Software Deployment, Backup & Restoration of AD Configuring and Managing Active Directory Certificate Services, Rights Management & ADFS
Exchange Server 2003 / 2007 / 2010 / 2013 Installing and deploying Exchange Server, Configuring Mailbox servers and mailbox server components, Managing recipient objects Planning and configuring messaging policy and compliance, Configuring Exchange Server permissions and security for internal and external access Monitoring and maintaining the messaging system, Migrating an Exchange Server 2003 or Exchange Server 2007 organization to Exchange Server 2010
Office 365 Provisioning Office 365, managing Cloud Identities, Implementing and Managing Identities by Using DirSync / AD Connect Implementing and Managing Federated Identities for Single Sign-On (SSO), Monitoring and Troubleshoot Office 365 Availability and Usage Managing Clients and End-User Devices Provision SharePoint Online Site Collections Configuring Exchange Online and Lync Online for End Users

Educational Qualification & years of experience
6+ years of relevant work experience
BE / B.Tech or equivalent in Information Technology / Systems engineering / Computer science or a closely related stream
At least 3+ years of full-time, professional experience in configuring, administering, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining applications and / or IT infrastructure systems.
