As part of the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Division, GS Growth is the dedicated growth equity team within Goldman Sachs.

We are a global team across 9 offices in 7 countries, with $8 billion of AUM and a 25+ year investing history of partnering with management teams to execute long-term growth plans.


GS Growth is currently seeking Analysts / Associates to specialize in asset management across our large, diverse and dynamic portfolio.

Team members will play an integral role in ongoing portfolio company monitoring, which is a critical element of the investing process, as well as portfolio management.

Responsibilities will include to :

  • Produce and present periodic portfolio company monitoring, including but not limited to company performance, comparison of actual results to company projections and the GS growth underwriting case
  • Maintain portfolio company models as part of the asset management process
  • Prepare and maintain portfolio analytics for portfolio management purposes
  • Participate in strategic projects regarding portfolio management, portfolio monitoring and performance tracking
  • Run sector deep dive analysis to assist in the sourcing and deal process

  • Academic background with an MBA or CA or CFA or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-3 / 4-6 years of relevant experience for Analysts / Associates
  • Accounting knowledge, valuation and financial modeling aptitude
  • Strong communication & presentation ability
