What you’ll be doing The Center of Excellence (CoE) IT Technician is responsible for taking incoming calls and service requests from customers, documenting their requests in Service Now and escalating their requests to the appropriate internal escalation teams for proper resolution.

  • Candidate who can provide support in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of desktop and server support
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Basic incident and change management
  • What you’ll need to be successful

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Experience working with MS Office Suite : Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities professionally
  • General helpdesk / NOC experience
  • ITIL knowledge
