  • Troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Researching and Finding solutions for Technical Problems and assisting Programmers.
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Possibly training more junior staff members
  • Write Content for websites or blogs.
  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
  • Skills and Qualification

  • Degree in Computer background i.e. Diploma, BE, BCA,
  • Knowledge of Computers, Servers and IT networks
  • Excellent problem - solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The capacity to work well within a team.
  • Attention to detail and Logical thinking.
  • Interpersonal skills as you will regularly be in contact with colleagues and / or customers.
  • The ability to prioritize your workload.
  • Must be flexible in working Australian or Indian shift.
