This is what you will do at UiPath

  • Develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-through strategies
  • Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow UiPath’s key relationships
  • Understand customer’s business to be able to explore automation opportunities
  • Understand product and competitive products to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
  • Develop and execute account strategy and road maps for a long term relationship
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market
  • Interface with technical sales support team and customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • This is what you will bring to our team

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent educational background. Management degree would be an added advantage but not a must.
  • 15+ year of experience in Enterprise sales across Key Conglomerates in Indian subcontinent, crafting large and complex business outcomes.
  • Experience in working with cross functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrated experience of having sold into large strategic accounts in India subcontinent.
  • Strong CxO level mapping with referrals across the key customer base.
  • Good domain understanding for the key industries with sound knowledge of latest business and technological trends to integrate them into UiPath account strategies.
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
