Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, coordinate and deliver comprehensive training in the RPA ( Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism)
Training students on Automation and related skills
Create / Suggest training content and modify the existing training content on a need basis.Coordinate & ensure 100% attendance for training
Ensure training effectiveness through qualitative + quantitative feedbacks
Key Skills :
Training delivery capacity RPA tools and technologies
Should be proficient in Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism
Knowledge about the following :
Desktop Application Automation
Database Automation
Excel Automation
Web Automation
Proficient in IQ BOT
Hands-on experience with any of the tools like SoapUI, Apache JMeter, RFT, Appium, HP-UFT
Understanding of Business Process
Data Analytics skills
Knowledge about Data Analytics and API Integrations
Proficiency in English communication is a must
Experience Required :
Minimum 3+years experience as a RPA Developer
Experience in Technical Training & Development added as an advantage
Educational Qualification :
Any Technical Graduate can apply
Technical background preferred in Computer Science / IT

Requirements
Experience in web application development using Knowledge · Experience in web application development using Java / J2EE, Spring / SpringBoot Framework, HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap with any DB (Database) Angular / React , MongoDB, Node JS, Express.
js 3 to 5 years · Proficiency with CSS pre-processors like SASS / LESS · Proficiency with Responsive Web Design techniques · Experience in integration of UI front end to backend services using NodeJS, REST APIs · Experience with Agile development methodology.
