Digital Consultants (DC) are the captains for how customer value is created at Neal Analytics.
As a DC, you are part strategist and part technologist. You are passionate about making the promise of advanced technologies real through top and bottom-line’ results for the customer.
You reconcile the multi-dimensional elements in play (business, technology, adoption), to create a seamless experience for the customer.
DC’s will be effective in multiple industries and scenarios as the engagement needs dictate.
You achieve all this by engaging with executives and line of business stakeholders to craft a unique value story for how AI, data, and analytics can transform customers’ businesses.
You will stay abreast of advances in industry and technology and put this into action when designing solutions and roadmaps in the Data & Analytics landscape.

With personnel from top-5 Management Consulting firms, it has honed a balanced approach to driving Digital Business Transformation and now seeks to scale that practice through DCs.
Front Neal Analytics’ onsite engagement with physical presence in accounts, ranging from traveling to lead envisioning workshops and engagement kickoffs, to daily onsite presence within your local area
Create a client’s transformation vision outlining the target end-state outcome. Craft / nurture actionable roadmaps for how clients can achieve their goals.
Identify strategic initiatives and resources needed to get there
Establish trusted client relationships, and present to client C-suite and senior executives
Participate in engagement teams with other experienced Architects, Strategists, Modelers, Analytics experts, and Engineers to scope, design, and deliver work.

Showcase the team’s work products typically via compelling and creative PowerPoint presentations that use an executive voice
Support sales and pursuits with a thought-leader voice in certain industries / scenarios / techniques
Grow existing clients through a combination of trusted advisor relationship building, proactive opportunity hunting, and the demonstration of business justification / ROI proof
Leverage internal and external research, design thinking and other methods (such as value hack, value chain analysis, disruption diagnosis, etc.
to identify transformational hypotheses, anchored in our key transformational themes (Platform, Data, Analytics, and Services) to identify, quantify and help unlock trapped value
Manage expectations and regularly communicate macro level status of the engagement based on information provided by each initiative’s PMs and technical leads
Daily tasks include :
Conducting primary and secondary research to create content for business justification or providing thought leadership to clients
Serving as the Subject Matter Expert on a variety of topics including industry, data, infrastructure, analytics, problem spaces, etc.
Communicating work efforts and status of work clearly to senior leadership and clients
Developing client-ready deliverables through high quality use of PowerPoint, among other Microsoft products
Leading senior project members in initial assessment activities until project managers are brought on to own the selected initiatives, switching to an overlay function to grow the account and maintain alignment during development
Leading / facilitating strategic planning and discovery sessions with clients and internal teams with an emphasis on building a decision framework around business objectives, rationalization, and prioritized needs
Crafting detailed personas & journey maps to capture the critical activities, attitudes, behaviors, etc. of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing new flows.
Working with Neal and customer personnel to keep the customer’s Digital Program on track
Leading regular business reviews (monthly / quarterly) with the customer executive team
Supporting our digital content generation by closely monitoring market activity and writing situational analyses, strategic briefs, POVs and other business analyses to articulate core trends, issues and opportunities at the intersection of digital marketing, technology and design

An advanced professional degree is preferred (MBA from a top-tier business university)
Preferred experience of 2-3 years in strategic consulting / business management with a technology concentration
Preferred experience in implementing / consulting on digital technologies (e.g. AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Data, Cloud) and strategy is a must
Track record of success as a consultant in multiple consumer / business segments with a solid grounding in the core trends, issues and opportunities at the intersection of business strategy, digital marketing / technology and consumer behavior.
