Description :

Management of the project plan including scope, schedule, cost, technical, resource and risk management;

Establish and maintain detailed technical plans, estimates and schedules;

Program tracking and reporting (non-recurring and hardware cost, schedule, and milestone accomplishments), using Project scheduling, reporting and financial management tools as appropriate;

Focal point with all internal departments including Integrated Supply Chain, Quality, Contracts etc.;

Leadership of customer design reviews, technical co-ordination meetings and in-house Engineering inputs with support from appropriate functional groups as required;

Assist with technical documentation generation (specs, test procedures, reports, trade-off studies).

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, Systems, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

Minimum of 5 years experience in maintaining project plans and drive them to completion in aerospace industry;

Experience in coordinating various functional groups (Systems, Software and Hardware engineering groups) and work closely with program manager to ensure milestone deliveries are met and mitigation of potential risks;

Experience in Hardware / Software / System integration;

Able to track issues ensure everything is done, manage all action items;

Able to create and maintain WBS, monthly status report, project plan, identifying and managing project risks;

Maintain budget, schedule and analyze cost;

Ability to provide support during technical / commercial proposal phase and coordinate customer change requests;
