Job Position (Title) : Support Lead / Manager Java

Experience Required : 5 years to 10 Years

Location : Hyderabad / Gurugram / Pune

No. of Position : 10

Technical Skill Requirements : Java, Monitoring tools like (Splunk / Dynatrace / Quantum metrics / Thousand Eyes) APM tools like (Newrelic / AppDynamics / Blue Triangle)

Required Skills

  • Triage and give immediate fixes for the production issues
  • able to drive P1 / P2 triage calls
  • come up with business impact for critical incidents
  • Set up monitoring platforms
  • Fix gaps in monitoring platforms
  • Prepare SOPs and set up run books for routine issues
  • Able to perform performance tuning
  • Roles & Responsibilities

  • Should have hands on experience in L1 / L2 / L3 production support
  • Should have experience leading support projects
  • Should be able to communicate with clients and drive triage calls with stake holders
  • Should have hands on one of the application monitoring tools Splunk, Dynatrace, Quantum metrics, Thousand Eyes etc
  • should have hands on experience on setting up dashboards using any of the application performance monitoring (APM)tools example Newrelic, AppDynamics, Blue Triangle etc
  • Should be able to effectively triage issues in production
  • Should have experience in maintenance support of e-commerce domain
  • Should have thorough knowledge of incident management and should have holistic view of application monitoring setup
  • Should be able to coding in java
  • Should be ready to work in rotational shifts
