Require an experienced Account Manager for handling Banks based out of Bangalore. The candidate will be based out of Bangalore.
He should possess good key account management skill, experience in Software sales to Banks or BFSI, relationship management and should be able to do Collections in the given set of accounts in Bangalore.
He should be able to interact with C level executives in the bank.

Generate new business for assigned accounts.
Protect and grow the existing contracts in the assigned accounts / territory.
Meet the annual budgets in designated accounts for all the businesses.
Timely closure of all contracts.
Collections within stipulated DSO timelines.
Strategic initiatives :
Building C Level relationships.
Focused sessions at an account level every quarter.
Involving top management and BU heads at appropriate levels for optimum coverage.
Account planning :
Maintaining a structured Account Plan updated every month.
Pipeline management in the CRM system.
Quarterly internal review with all key stakeholders.
Improving Customer Satisfaction year on year through relationship management at all levels in the account.
