Job description : As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the sales and marketing strategies for US Market.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to :
Have bottom line responsibility for revenue targets and sales in the US region.
Oversee creating, planning and implementing the marketing and sales strategy for the region.
Oversee achieving assigned order intake, margin and related objectives for the entire product portfolio.
Drive evaluation of potential new and existing customers and their needs and lead the team in a proactive post-sales approach with a focus on solutions.
Manage key accounts in the region to support business growth in the new system and services.
Oversee market, competitive analysis, and market segment definition activities, ensuring the market is monitored by developing and maintaining efficient marketing tools.
Monitor client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams.
Responsible for the development of local team members, and for building up a strong local & regional sales and marketing team.
Coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates according to best practices. Drive and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Take ownership of the sales processes and all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs.
Minimum 5+ years of Experience in handling international clients and software sales.
Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel and accustomed to working in a highly competitive environment.
Data-driven decision-making mindset and sound commercial intelligence to make good business judgments through strong analytical thinking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build right working relationships with clients.
