Good hands on working experience on Nokia RF planning / optimization
LTE / 5G concepts and procedures i.e. Call flow etc. should be clear
Good know how of Nokia Air scale BTS / SRAN BTS h / w : System Modules, RF modules, Antenna and associated gains & losses of the system
Should be familiar with Nokia tools like OSS, MUSA, Radar etc.., different reporting solutions
Solid understanding of Nokia Parameter, Timer, Features, Counter and KPI’s
Should be good at audit process and correction which includes configuration audits, parameters audit, radio capacity assessment and could be able to propose features / parameter changes for quality / capacity enhancements
Aware about Site configuration and be able to detect issues with configuration to propose solutions.
Good understanding on Antenna patterns and their impact on coverage and interference. i.e. impact of MIMO and massive MIMO, diversity control etc.
Can Perform KPI / Counter level analysis, can do problem isolation to arrive with quick RCA with different co relation (CM, PM, FM) and can recommend change to improve network performance
Familiarity with Power Control and impact of various power setting on the LTE / 5G network.
Traffic balancing using physical and soft parameters while ensuring KPI’s are met
Good grasp on mobility management strategies
Experience in Layer3 analysis. Knowledge on post processing and analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, Actix or equivalent)
Customer focused, high degree of technical skills to resolve complex network issues / trace analysis
Able to think out of the box to resolve complex scenarios and be able to effectively justify the rationale behind proposed recommendations
Good at customer handling, Analytical approach, Problem solving and Presentation skills
Able to communicate effectively while working with a large team in collaborative mode working in different time-zones
Able to meet targets consistently and maintain complete transparency within the team
Ready and available to Work in difference (APAC, MEA, NAM Shifts etc..)
