Key Responsibilities :

  • Issue Management of issues logged with Support, to include;
  • Accurate and timely logging of issues

    Prioritize issues according to set guidelines

    Issue investigation and resolution

    Issue escalation where required both internally and externally with customer

  • Reporting of Issues to client and / or internally in the form of weekly / Monthly / reports
  • Manage expectations with the client around timelines, support approach and status
  • Keep up to date on functionality available in relevant product(s) and latest releases of new features or modules
  • Escalate support related work and assist resolve issues raised by consulting team
  • Become a subject matter expert for IntelliMatch and other Asset Management products.
  • Position Requirements :

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills .
  • Effective communication both verbal and written
  • Representative of ASIA / EMEA support team requiring to work in ASIA and EMEA Shift with a working week of Sunday to Friday.
  • Rotational on-call on Saturday)

  • Accounting knowledge debit, credits, reconciliation
  • Good analysis, and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to work under pressure, both in terms of deliverable deadlines, but also in communication with clients under difficult situations.
  • A calm and professional manner always is an essential requirement.

  • A second European language is an advantage
  • Technical requirements :

  • Knowledge of MS SQL, Windows Servers, JAVA
  • Understand Database objects and structure (tables, stored procedures, views, triggers, joins etc.)
  • Knowledge of working with IntelliMatch (preferably at least 1-2 years of experience with IntelliMatch)
  • Understanding of Multi-tier environments
