This role is responsible for managing the facility and administration of all warehouses / hubs / transport centres for the states assigned and will be reporting to the Zonal Facility head.

What You'll do :

  • Ensuring smooth operation of all sites and maintaining the decorum & discipline of the team members in each warehouse
  • Implement plans & schedules for maintenance
  • Responsible for expansion of sites along with project team
  • AMC management of assets
  • Responsible on Go-Live of each site
  • Managing accruals & actuals
  • Dealing with emergency issues that arise on day to day basis
  • Creating plans for replacements and repairs
  • Developing and managing vendor contracts
  • Ensuring that the lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems are operating properly to provide good working and / or living conditions for occupants.
  • Electrical management
  • Managing consumables utilised in warehouse on daily basis.
  • Plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives
  • Project manage, supervise, and coordinate the work of contractors
  • Calculate and compare the cost for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
  • What makes you a great fit :

  • 6-10 yrs experience in Facility management of SCM (Warehouse / Hubs / Fulfilment centre)
  • Should be enthusiastic & eager to learn
  • Willing to take ownership
  • Good communication Skills
  • Any Graduate, technical background is preferred
  • Working knowledge on MS Excel
