Purpose of the Role :
Position will be responsible for building and stewarding the Weir EnSci brand and to create visibility by driving outreach and engagement efforts both internally and externally.
The incumbent of the role will closely work with Unit Head, HR Head Senior Leaders, Managers of the business in producing and communicating meaningful content in line with business priorities and objectives.
The incumbent will partner closely work with all Enabling functions to create communication strategy and rollout engagement programs to support specific goals in line with EnSci culture.
Responsible for ensuring that the content of all company communications is current, consistent with brand guidelines, meets legal requirements and is of a high professional standard.
As required, develop briefs for internal stakeholders including creative agencies and graphic designers. Create story lines, guidelines for the expected outcomes and designs them using appropriate tools and delivering it to business as per committed timelines.
Work proactively and cross-functionally across the organization to ensure alignment, including delivering content recommendations and finished communications products to Human Resources, Operations, Communications, Events, and BUH Office.
Evaluate existing channels for appropriate internal communication
Develop strong relationships across organization and Stay current on latest trends and functionality for internal content development and culture-building communications.
Assist Leadership team, Technical Managers and enabling functions to develop content for emails, intranet content, benefits, recruitment materials, annual meets, open enrolment communications, internal events, case studies development etc.
Design a communication calendar as per BU need and deliver commitments as per calendar.
Create and maintain content for intranet and local website, and event co-ordination.
Assist with the design and implementation of marketing campaigns to support company growth, talent visibility as well as analyze and report campaign results against set goals.
Assist with identifying internal and external target groups, at a regional level, for campaigns and promotional material and the most effective channel for communication, using direct and web marketing strategies.
Responsible for managing customer visits. This includes event and venue planning, developing, managing content and delivery, ensuring internal buy-in of stakeholders, conducting mock runs and post event reporting.
Deliver company overview pitch in appropriate forums.
Education & Qualifications :
MBA in marketing with 6 - 10 years of experience in Internal communication and branding
Engineering graduate with 8 12 years of experience in Internal communication and branding
Relevant practical marketing experience, preferably within an international organization
Understanding and experience of digital and multimedia production techniques,
Experience in website and social media content management,
Business level English
Microsoft Office (especially Word, Power Point and Excel), Adobe suite (InDesign).
Experience working with an Engineering Service company or Technology center will be an added advantage
Customer orientation : You will be building relationships with colleagues, internal and external customers and suppliers to develop suitable and relevant content for communications
Strong commitment to continuous improvement and digital orientation
Ability to prioritize and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers.

Commercially and financially astute with experience of managing budgets.
Ability to guide designers technically and hands on experience using creative tools.
