Technical support specialist is responsible for package deployment, verification and handling the major releases. Provide on-call support when required. You are responsible for
Perform Radia reinstall, software notify, patch notify and Radia restart
Verify and Update host files on the terminals
Addition or deletion of the Terminal IDs in the remote desktop
Need to send .cmd file to the terminals and check SWD IP communication
Perform XFS deployments
Strictly follow 4-EYE Principle on all the package deployments done on the terminals.
Work on Radia Connectivity issues.
Add and verify Software Packages to the active directory and if they have been installed.
Add, Modify and Change the terminals in active directory.
Cross verification of Major releases and its versions.
Prepare and send internal production report to the Supervisor
2-4+ years of hands-on experience required.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills
Good networking knowledge.
Basics of ITIL V3foundation.
Good Communication Skills.
