JD : Partner Manager

We are looking for a Partner Manager who has strong relationship with strategic partners and access new partnership opportunities in generating leads and sales.

Qualification : MBA (Specialization in Marketing and Sales)

Responsibilities :

ï' Should have at minimum of 8-10+ years of exp as a Partner Manager

ï' Responsible in developing current channel partner relationships.

ï' Manage partner toolkit like sales tools and partner websites.

ï' Deliver partner sales and services training sessions.

ï' Develop partner marketing plans and events.

ï' Assist partner salespersons on sales opportunities.

ï' Handle partner C-Level executive relationships.

ï' Strategize on opportunistic partnerships.

ï' Determine companies to be partnered with for product selling.

ï' Strategize around partner management and build sales through partners.

ï' Assist partners to sell to customers.

ï' Develop materials needed by partners to sell products.

ï' Strategize, understand, and capitalize for partner to play in market space.

ï' Ensure partners comply with contract terms.

ï' Experience in HCM products and latest technologies like Hadoop, BI, Cloud, Data Analytics etc. is a plus.
