  • Sourcing talent through various recruitment platforms including job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), professional networking sites and Internal References.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment life-cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, and Salary negotiation.
  • Organizing and conducting campus recruitment drives at various locations across Hyderabad.
  • Act as a strategic business partner by analyzing the competitors to have the right pool of candidates for the various requirements of the company.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to cope with competitive market.
  • Provide support to constantly upgrade the hiring process.
  • The Profile

  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and can determine a candidat e's potential through clever questions.
  • They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned targets.
