Responsibilities

Sourcing talent through various recruitment platforms including job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), professional networking sites and Internal References.

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment life-cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, and Salary negotiation.

Organizing and conducting campus recruitment drives at various locations across Hyderabad.

Act as a strategic business partner by analyzing the competitors to have the right pool of candidates for the various requirements of the company.

Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to cope with competitive market.

Provide support to constantly upgrade the hiring process.

The Profile

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and can determine a candidat e's potential through clever questions.

They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned targets.
