You must have proven experience and success in identifying, screening, recruiting candidate such as Project Managers, Architects, Technical Leads, DBAs, Systems Administrators, Developers, Functional / Technical Experts, etc.
You must demonstrate an inshydepth understanding of the Recruiting Process and Proven Track Record in recruiting candidates using job boards, networking, qualified vendors and other sources in a fastshypaced, You must be SelfshyMotivated, ResultsshyOriented, Adaptive and Committed to reaching Goals while maintaining a Positive Attitude.
You must Maintain Professionalism at all times and be a Team Player. You must possess strong People Skills, negotiating and closing abilities, and excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills for your continued success and growth.
