Job Description
Sales & Operation Associate is an enthusiastic and self-motivate person who helps Sales and Operation teams to maximize team’s performance.
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales & operation teams.
The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
Moreover, analysis skill is preferred in order to help on sales forecasts as well as strategic sales plans and materials.
Responsibilities
Coordinates sales, operation and marketing teams by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Ensures the adequacy of related resources, equipment or materials.
Responds to complaints from customers and gives after-sales support when requested.
Stores and sorts financial and non-financial data in an electronic form and presents reports.
Handles the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Informs clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Monitors the team’s progress, identifies shortcomings and proposes improvements.
Assists in the preparation and organizing of client’s information and materials both online and offline.
Ensures adherence to laws and policies.
Delivers clients analysis and ideatiates sales opportunity ideas.
Requirements
We are looking for people who
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field, Marketing or Business preferred.
1-2 years’ experience as sales coordinator at start-up, media agency, ad-tech or consulting companies.
Moderate Excel and MS-Office skills, experience with analyzing large data-sets and delivering actionable insights.
Ability to deal with dynamic team and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details.
Ability to communicate among teams with right jargons and metrics
Has sense of business acumen and understand ongoing business priorities.
Good English communication, quantitative and creative skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
