Job Title : Rigging Artist
Note : Final Designation / Level will be decided based on the relevant experience and interview ratings
Job Profile :
The Mumbai studio is looking for a Rigger whose mission is to build the rigs of characters and animals in a realistic style.
You will work closely with Character Art & Animation teams.
Responsibilities : -
Development of real-time rigs for characters and animals, based on mocap data
Integration and optimization of rigs in the engine
Support character team by debugging rig related issues
Update and maintain rigging library and documentation
Qualifications & Requirements :
Good understanding of rigging and joint mechanics
A minimum of 4 years experience in the video game or movie industry
Good knowledge of Maya, 3DSMAX, Motion Builder and constraints related to rigging on these software.
Knowledge of languages : Python, MaxScript, PyMel, ... is a plus.
Proactivity around the problems of rig and skinning inherent to the video game
Autonomous, organized and with excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach
Adaptability, especially in terms of quality and time constraints
Comprehensive understanding of human anatomy
Ability to work in a team
Good communication skills
Strong trouble shooting / problem solving ability
