What you’ll do
Rich understanding of subscriptions based business and key data points / views to help gauge customer health
Work closely with Post sales and pre- sales teams to understand what data points would help deliver customer success
Support end-users with their day-to-day queries and co-ordinate with SME's to resolve
Develop and execute test cases functional and metrics
Support Product enablement by creating and presenting content to the end-users
Assist in developing product specifications and priorities based on internal feedback, market insights and competitive research
Assist in managing the Product Backlog basis feedback from various stake holders, coordinating with other delivery teams
Define customer requirements and translate into detailed feature requirements and specifications
Work closely with customers to refine product concepts to ensure customer success and adoption
Be involved with the UX / UI ideation to create the best user experience for the product features
What you need to succeed
B Tech and MBA from top b-schools in India or abroad
5+ of total experience with a significant part of it in the IT / software / Internet industry. 2-3 years in a business role
2+ years of experience in product management would be a plus
Passion for learning about new problems that users are facing and love to build creative solutions for solving the problem
Background with business systems, workflow systems and past background & experience in engineering or computer science strongly preferred
Strong analytical thinking (hands on Excel & SQL / ETL (MS SQL Stack) and ability to make decisions based on both quantitative data and qualitative insight
Understanding importance of building compelling web user experience in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
Exceptional communication skills, including presentation, formal writing, verbal and email
Self-driven and always striving to deliver great products
Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations
Deep knowledge and experience with Cloud / SaaS application products, technologies
Experience in a software products setup would be a plus.
Demonstrated experience in building pervasive, highly usable web products, properties and user experiences to optimize trial, purchase and support paths
Ability to work & communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment with Sales, Pre-Sales, Post sales / Customer Success and Customer Success Operations etc
