Planning and estimation, scheduling, task allocation, monitoring & control, reviews.
Provide domain and technical leadership, Knowledge Management.
Relationship Management and Partner Satisfaction
Process improvement & adherence :
Establish and continually improve project management and execution processes including Risk Management, communication, defect management & prevention.
Status reporting, metrics generation & analysis
People Management :
Staffing, onboarding, Skill-building, Back-up Planning, Employee Satisfaction, Mentoring team members, Handling appraisals and feedback, Contributing to organizational activities.
Skills Required :
Java + Spring + microservices (hands-on work on implementation)
Should have been responsible for doing end to end performance appraisal for 8 - 15 reportee
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent people management skills, strong risk management skills, crisp communication and time management skills required.
Must have good interpersonal and excellent customer service skills.
