Job Description :

  • It's a Core selling profile. Candidate must have to go in field sales.
  • To generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
  • Identify potential leads, follow up on leads, Understand client requirements & Provide a custom proposal and
  • Negotiate Terms, close deals, on-board Client.

  • To manage time and work flow and create effective client meeting plans.
  • To set up and deliver sales presentations, product / service demonstrations on daily basis.
  • To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
  • Record performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the sales personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly Sales, Revenue Target / business plan.
