Online Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and implementing SEO, SMO & SEMstrategies for the organization.

Key Management Areas of Responsibilityï · Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy.ï · Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy.
ï · Communication to team and management on strategy / project development, timelines, andresults.ï · Collaborate on strategy and goal definition for success.
ï · Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends anddevelopment.ï · Contribution to the company blog and at least one social media community.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibilityï · Develop a strategy for the improvement of organic search ranking and the maximization of ROIï · Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing contentand uncover new opportunities.
ï · Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure ofwebsites and web pages.ï · Provide recommendations and execute / manage strategies for content development incoordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific.
ï · Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes(e.g.
customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts andcustomers).ï · Develop and implement link building campaigns.
ï · Develop, manage and execute communication / content strategies via social communities incoordination with business goals.
ï · Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmastertools).ï · Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channelsin order to improve rankings.
ï · Research and administer social media tools in support of organization s social media strategy.ï · Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop andrecommend SEO strategies.
ï · Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.ï · Manage a team of content writers, link builders, and social media marketers.

Professional Skills & Qualificationsï · 7+ year s experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
ï · Strong understanding of SEO & SMO process.ï · Should have experience in running SEM campaigns.ï · Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc).
ï · Experience working with CMS and building / administering content in multiple CMSenvironments.ï · Experience with A / B testing and other testing metrics.
ï · Knowledge of HTML / CSS and website administration.ï · High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.ï · Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics aswell as internal reporting tools.
