You will be responsible for :
Collecting and documenting data related to accounts, transactions, KYC processes and other information contributing to proper investigation.
Keeping a lookout for red flags such as Anti-Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Human Trafficking etc.
Appropriately escalating issues so that actions are taken in a timely manner.
Documenting all findings meticulously to have a clear report of any action taken with a solid reasoning and proof.
Working towards contributing to annual development goals.
Reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures.
Proactively participating in compliance related trainings.
You have at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
Excellent research and analytical skills are required to churn large amounts of data on a regular basis, to derive recommendations and decide on necessary follow-up actions.
Proficiency in MS Office suite is a must.
Solid knowledge of compliance standards and controls in place are required.
You possess excellent communication and business partnering skills.
You can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and have the ability to prioritize tasks for timely delivery.
You are a problem solver with a critical thinking ability and a versatile work approach.
