As a member of the Diabsolut Inc. Cloud Services Group, the Salesforce Architect is a key player in an exciting, customer interfacing role that couples technical and customer relationship skills to successfully implement Salesforce product offerings.

The Salesforce Architect for Diabsolut Cloud Service, will lead project teams to lead client meetings, define & sequence tasks, document the solution, lead the technical implementation and assure the quality of the delivered application.

Responsibilities :

Translate functional business requirements into technical product solutions

Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable customization in line with best practices while ensuring the best possible quality of deliverable.

Take ownership of project deliverable and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter)

Work with Pre-Sales on proposal activities like RFI / RFP analysis, RAID analysis, resource and effort estimation for SFDC projects.

Conduct ad hoc analysis of SFDC solutions, providing insights and recommending innovative and effective improvements.

Coach, Mentor and Peer review work performed by subordinates.

Manage work deliverable across geographies and distributed workforce.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree is required

8+ years of Salesforce experience

Client facing experience is required

Salesforce certified system architect and / or Salesforce certified application architect

Extensive experience in developing Apex Classes, Triggers, Visual force pages, Lightning component frameworks, Process builder, Flows, Integration API’s and Web Services.

Lightning component framework design and development is required

Experience in development technologies like JAVA, .Net or other C-style languages

Experience in Web development technologies like HTML, CSS and is a must

Experience in front end frameworks like React or AngularJS is a plus

Experience with integration technologies like Mulesoft is a plus

Experienced with multiple Salesforce Clouds such as : Sales, Service, Marketing, Einstein Analytics, Communities, Salesforce Cloud and Service Lightning

Competencies :

Highly self-motivated contributor with proven track record of obtaining results without significant direct report authority assigning tasks.

Interpersonal & relationship building skills : ability to work well as an individual and within a team

Personal drive to continually grow and enhance skills, knowledge, and scope of responsibilities

Demonstrates solid verbal / written communication in English.

Displays a high degree of initiative and effective time management skills

Strong analytical ability, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail detail

Quality oriented, self-directed, with problem solving ability
