Key Responsibilities :

As a sales manager at ClearTax, you will be responsible for driving new sales.

  • Sell ClearTax products - software and services - in the market
  • End-to- end management of the sales cycle - Communicating with prospects, follow-up on sales leads, handling customer queries, selling the right product that meets customer requirement, preparing sales quotation and driving order closure independently
  • Generate prospects using online sources, databases, own or referral network, social media forums
  • Carries direct responsibility of closing high value deals with a healthy conversion (min 30% conversion on big ticket items)
  • Manage post-sales customer engagement jointly with the Key Accounts Team
  • Carry sales quotas and Meet targets on our categories and products
  • Train and Mentor junior sales managers on Marketplace offerings
