We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Achieve the jointly agreed assigned Annual Sales Target for India / SAARC Region.
  • Achieve the GTM (Product and Solution) Team Quota.
  • Co-Design, align and execute the India / SAARC Go-to-Market strategy, including Domain specific characteristics and GTM Products / Solutions correlation in between the Domains.
  • Optimize the organization structure, effectively scalable and expand in line with the revenue growth.
  • Develop a healthy balanced pipeline by launching sales-driven, lead generation initiatives, using existing sales tools (e.
  • g. Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Point Drive etc.).

  • Proactive plan and execute in close coordination with Pelican’s marketing team and marketing partners, market side activities (conferences, events, webex’s, roadshows etc.).
  • Constantly improve the sales process and optimize and align with pre-sales and product management.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience within Financial Sector (b2b) Software Sales Functions in Payments / Financial Crime Compliance Domain
  • University, Master
  • Proof of recent years on sales Target, or over sales Target achievements.
  • Networker with solid Business Development & Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent People management skills and Sound inter-personal skills
  • Persuasive and influential verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal contacts within the financial services sector within India and the SAARC region.
