Managing overall account delivery with responsibility of Customer Satisfaction scores
L1 / L2 level management of technical aspects that include IOT technology, Analytics, Energy savings measurement and verifications etc
Manage weekly customer meetings with in-depth understanding of analytics, domain specific use cases, new age technology (AI, IoT, Big Data, tec.)
Track and Drive key KPIs signed up for specific accounts
Work with the extended delivery teams to get output needed for customer interactions
Ability to work with Global teams
10- 14 years’ experience in business development and account management in enterprise clients in areas of Cloud platform, IOT, Energy Management, Building Automation, Analytics services
Experience in engaging at CXO / Leadership levels
Self-driven and willing to learn and talk technology, data science and analytics
Experience in working on IOT / Data Analytics program that involving a cloud hosted platform.
Good understanding of key aspects related to the value proposition connectivity, integration to platform, Data Analytics M&V etc.
Should be able to interact with the client to convey all aspects related to the solution.
Experience of Project Costing, tangible and non-tangible benefit estimation, ROI calculations.
50% time in travel. Some late evening / early morning work is expected (primarily team calls)
EDUCATION PREFERRED :
Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering. Master of Business Administration preferred
